Short Information : BCECE – Directorate of Land Records & Survey DLRS (Govt. of Bihar) has released the Supplementary Result on official website for the recruitment of Special Survey (Amin, Clerk, Kanoongo & Assistant Settlement Officer) post. This recruitment is for total 10101 positions. The application process was started from 13 April 2023 and last date to apply was 22 May 2023.

  • For SC/ ST/ PH (Male  & Female) : ₹ 400/-
  • Candidates have to pay their Examination Fee Through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI and Other Fee Payment Mode Only.

Clerk : Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from any recognised university in India.

Special Survey Kanoongo : Candidate need to have Diploma in Civil Engineering and also should have minimum 2 years experience.

Special Survey Amin : Must have Civil Engineering Diploma from recognised board or institute.

Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer : You must have Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years working experience is required.

  • Visit the Official Website : Go to the BCECEB’s official website – https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/.

  • Access the DLRS Section : On the homepage, find and click on the link named “Online Portal of Directorate of Land Records & Survey” or something like that. This will take you to DLRS specific page.

  • Find the Supplementary Result Link : Look for notification titled “Supplementary Result for the post of Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer/Special Survey Kanoongo/Special Survey Amin & Special Survey Clerk (Adv. No. BCECEB(Rev/DLRS)-2023/19 Dated 07.04.2025)”. Click on the link to continue.

  • Enter Your Details : You may asked to enter your registration number, date of birth or other details. Make sure to enter correct info same as in your application.

  • View and Download Your Result : After submit the required information, your supplementary result will be shown. Check the result properly and download or print copy for future reference.
